Clear Plastic Chips

Our clear plastics chips are often called label overlays, label backers, label covers, or econo label chips. They are primarily used as a backer for a preprinted shelf adhesive price, UPC, SKU, or description labels. This allows you to avoid a sticky build-up of adhesive from applying and removing labels. They are also used as a overlay which is applied over a paper label to protect or code the label. All our chips are made from 10 mil PVC sheet and are packed 500 pcs per box.  Although the gambit of sizes is enormous, chips are typically range from 1/2" all the way to 6" in height and 1/2" to 6" in width; i.e. 7/8" by 2" or 1 1/2" by 4". Typically we cut are chips to the exact size, so your small sizes like 1/2" to 1 1/4" will fit with a slight bow in our corresponding shelf molding and sizes of 1 1/2" to 6" will fit flat in our corresponding shelf molding. Your needs maybe different, so exact height and length can be specified and we will cut them to your specification.
