2 3/4" Continuous Soffit Wide Vent

Our  2 3/4" continuous soffit wide vent is a plastic vinyl  type of vent that is used with 3/8" soffit boards that are place under the eave of a house. It is also referred to as 3" wide vent or hat-shape wide vent. Our  2 3/4" continuous soffit wide vent will allow air to flow from under the eave to the peak of a residential home there by reducing the heat build-up in the attic. Ridge vents, whirly birds, gable vents, and attic fans are common methods of heat exhaustion that are used with our vent. It can be used in conjunction with our 3/8" H-molding which trims abut joints of the soffit boards and 3/8" J-molding which trims the edge of the soffit boards. 2 3/4" continuous soffit vent is manufactured from exterior grade vinyl that has a UL 94 flame rating and exceeds ASTM D1784 and ASTM D4216 basic classification standards. It comes in a white color, which can be painted with a light colored water-based paint. Standard lengths are 12 or 8 foot, but can be cut any length that  you desire. Typically, it is packaged in 66 pcs as a boxed quantity. Our minimum is based number of boxes, length, and color; i.e. 5 boxes, 8 foot, 66 pcs, and standard color of white is a minimum order.

Our 2 3/4" continuous soffit wide vent is actually measures  2 3/4" so, spacing for the eave space which it will fit into is 2 3/4". The vent has 80 1/8" perforated holes per inch. The holes are vertically 3/16" of inch apart and horizontally 5/32" of inch apart which gives a 51% of free flow space per inch.
